Construction Update: 421 Park Drive
After topping out in July, curtain wall installation is ongoing at 421 Park Drive in Fenway. Later this month the project team will remove the tower crane from the site. Boston Children's will occupy 268,000 square feet within the 14-story building which will be part of the larger Alexandria Center for Life Science-Fenway mega campus. The base building is expected to be completed in 2026 and will feature below-grade parking, new pedestrian paths connecting the Fenway MBTA Station to Brookline Avenue, and public open space
