Construction Update: Auburn Ave. Apartments
Donohoe Construction has shared a project update for the Auburn Ave project in Bethesda. The exterior is 90-95% complete and on the interior the team is working on cleaning and paint markings in the garage. The 11-story apartment building will feature 167 units totaling over 188,701 square feet with lobby and rooftop spaces. Amenities include a fitness center, yoga room, sauna, lounge and meeting areas, and multiple green roof terraces.
