Construction Update: Randolph Road
Harkins Builders has provided an update on construction for the Randolph Road project in Silver Spring. The crews recently finished the exterior skin for building three and are now working through finishes and preparing for owner walks in the same building. In addition, drywall is being hung and units are being insulated in the first four garden-style apartment buildings. Randolph Road will soon offer a 195-unit, deeply affordable community for residents in Montgomery County. Included in the community will be family-sized three- and four-bedroom home options. In addition, amenities will include an on-site community center, on-site resident services staff and programming, a fitness center, a half-acre public park with a playground, picnic area, walkways, and open lawn areas, on-site childcare, and six EV charging stations.
