Construction Update: The Basin Wakefield
Callahan Construction has shared an update from The Basin in Wakefield. The Callahan team recently completed ground improvements and the precast garage, and framing is well underway in two buildings. The project will create 440 modern apartments, a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans with 18% of the units designated as affordable. Amenities will include coworking spaces, an outdoor pool, an expansive fitness center, grilling areas on the lake, a skydeck clubhouse, commuter rail shuttle and multiple courtyards.
