Construction Wrapping Up at 130 Hope Street
With completion on the horizon, general contractor, , is currently working on interior finishing and electrical work at 130 Hope Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
Developed by , the 7-story, mixed-use building, is set to contain rental apartments, offered in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. In addition to residential space, it will feature square feet of boutique retail space.
Plans also call for several community gathering spaces, a co-working area, a fitness center, a bike storage room, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles. The structure will boast luxurious interiors, envisioned by Barcelona-based design firm, Bloomint.
Designed by , 130 Hope Street stands feet tall and totals square feet. Construction is expected to wrap up in the coming months, and the building will likely open its doors sometime this spring.
