Construction Wrapping Up for MIT's New Graduate Tower
Construction is wrapping up at 290-292 Main Street in Kendall Square, MIT's new graduate student housing tower. The studio, 1 and two-bedroom residences are now available for students to rent for the 2020-2021 academic year. The base of the tower will offer a childcare facility, common space for the residents, and an active community and academic space – the Forum – featuring a 200-seat auditorium.
