Construction Wrapping Up for Tribeca Hotel
AECOM Tishman has finished installing the facade at 456 Greenwich Street; an 8-story hotel development in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood. With interior progress well underway, the contractor is narrowing its sights on early summer as an estimated completion time for the new building.
Developed by CBCS Washington Street LP, a partnership between Caspi Development Corp, Barone Management, and Mactaggart Family & Partners, the structure totals square feet. The hotel will be branded and operated by Hotel Barriere Le Fouquet's Paris and is set to contain guest rooms. It will boast a unique, upscale interior, designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio.
456 Greenwich will come with a slew of guest amenities, including a fitness center, a rooftop pool, and a central courtyard, along with a spa, event spaces, and a 100-seat theater in the structure's two-story basement. According to the project's architectural firm, Stephen B Jacobs Group, the building will also have "a ground-level restaurant, café, and bar lounge to provide an inviting and seamless program for both hotel guests and area residents".
