Construction Wrapping Up for Woodyard Station
The CCG Residential team is wrapping up work for the Woodyard Station project with landscaping work set to begin and final interior finishes being installed. The 4-story affordable housing project will offer a mix of 112 senior apartments and 46 multi-family units. The multi-family apartments are slated to turnover in February/March and the senior living apartments are slated to turnover at the end of May.
