Construction Wraps up for The Wilson & The Elm
Earlier this month, the Clark Construction team delivered The Wilson & The Elm, a three-tower mixed-use project developed and owned by Carr Properties, located in the heart of Bethesda, Maryland. The Wilson, the tallest office building in Bethesda, includes 23-stories of floor-to-ceiling curtainwall façade and features 348,000 square feet of trophy-class office space. The Elm, which is comprised of two residential towers connected by the 28th-floor amenity Skybridge, features 456 apartments. The project is also grounded by 12,000 square feet of placemaking retail.
