Construction Wraps Up on 2nd Portion of JP Affordable Housing Redevelopment
A certificate of occupancy has been awarded to Urban Edge for 137 Armory Street, part of Holtzer Park in Jamaica Plain. The building will feature 62 rental units designated affordable from 30-60%. The building will be constructed on what is currently a surface parking and will include indoor bike storage, laundry facilities, and a community room.
