Construction Wraps Up on The Bold in LIC
Construction has fully concluded on a 27-story, mixed-use tower project, at 27-01 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, Queens.
Developed by Lions Group NYC, and Fetner Properties, with Lions Group also serving as the general contractor, the building is known as "The Bold". It contains rental apartments. Approximately one-third of the units will be set aside for affordable housing. Tenant amenities include a fitness center, a golf simulator, a lounge, and a coworking space.
The development also features square feet of retail space, located on the ground floor, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure stands feet tall and totals square feet.
It's also worth noting that The Bold sits directly across the street from another of Lions Group's current projects, known as The Italic; a 49-story residential building, going up at 26-32 Jackson Avenue.
