BBX Park at Delray Update 08/16/24

Contractor Selected for Industrial Park in Delray, Florida

 

 

Go-Tilt Construction has been awarded the BBX Park at Delray project. The logistics facility in Delray, Florida, is expected to be comprised of three buildings totaling over 600,000 square feet on an approximately 40-acre site. The initial phase of the project is expected to be construction of an approximately 200,000 square foot building, with plans to construct the two additional buildings in the future. The development plans for BBX Park at Delray allow for the division of space into smaller units, with each of the planned three buildings expected to accommodate spaces as small as 50,000 square feet.
