Converge Launches Sales for Luxury Watertown Condo Project
Converge Ventures is preparing to launch sales and marketing efforts at The Beacon, a 28 unit luxury condo development on North Beacon Street in the very hot market of Watertown. Mechanical and electrical rough inspections have been completed in the building that expects to deliver occupancy to new residents in the 4th quarter of 2021. Maggiore Companies, the general contractor, is commencing finishes with sheet rock, taping, painting and millwork ongoing over the coming months.
