Conversion of Office Park to Multifamily Under Review in Fairfax County
A&A Properties has filed paperwork to convert the 2 building Flint Hill Office Park to residential units. The 15-acre site features 2 office buildings featuring nearly 300,000 square feet of space originally built in the 1980's. Plans call for the demolition of one building and construction of up to 125 townhouses and up to 166 "two-over-two" units. The 2nd office building would be converted to 117 apartments. A&A Properties acquired the buildings in 2016 for over $31M.
