Cooling Towers Installed on 225 Wyman Massing
Gilbane Construction has installed cooling towers by crane onto 225 Wyman Street in Waltham. The under-construction 4-story project will feature 507,000 square foot Class A office and/or lab building within the Hobbs Brook Office Park. Upon completion, the new building will be the largest contiguous Class A office building constructed along the Route 128 “technology belt” in Massachusetts. Construction is expected to be complete in 2021.
