Core in Place for 233 Hancock St.

The concrete core is in place for the upcoming 36 unit project at 233 Hancock Street in Dorchester. 21 of the residences at the project will be designated affordable at 60% & 100% AMI. 233 Hancock will also feature a 700+ square foot retail space and a 400 square foot art gallery on the ground floor. Parking for 22 cars will be located at street level.
