Core in Place for 60 Guest Street in Brighton
Consigli has poured a concrete elevator core at 60 Guest Street with vertical construction on deck for the Brighton life science project. The new 9-story state-of-the-art lab will include 320,000-square-feet of space for Ivanhoe and a robust amenity program featuring a multi-purpose ground-floor and outdoor spaces at key locations throughout the building.
