Core in Place for Kendall Square Life Science Project
Site work is progressing in Cambridge at 585 Third in Kendall Square and the core has been poured up to level PH-1. The upcoming 16-story building will offer an indoor/outdoor park on the first floor, and a 30,000 SF performing arts center with a 400-seat theater on the second and third floors. The remainder of the tower includes 500,000 SF of life science and office space, leased entirely by Takeda.
