Core in Place for Vita JP as Framing Continues
The concrete core is in place with wood and steel framing rising for Vita JP. The exterior of VITA is designed to create an urban townhouse image above a brick retail base with large glass storefronts. The corner is defined by a tower element that projects out and angles slightly to define the entry. The project will include 82 condominium homes along with first floor retail. Resident amenities will include garage parking, bike storage, and a spacious roof deck with grills and a fire pit.
Construction is set to be complete this summer.
