Core Work Underway at Kendall East
With the foundation nearly in place, work has started on the concrete core for the Kendall East development along First Street in Cambridge. The project will include 136 apartments along with over 14,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. An expansive half-acre courtyard will provide green space accessible to the neighborhood. Construction is expected to be completed in 2021.
