Cores in Place for O'Connor Way Senior Housing in South Boston
Two concrete cores are in place for the O'Connor Way Senior Housing development in South Boston near Andrew Square. The project will include 47 units in total, 46 affordable elderly housing for people age 62 and over and 1 for an on-site manager. The development is being built on a lot that had been vacant for over 50 years adjacent to the Mary Ellen McCormack Development. The project is expected to be complete in February 2020.
