Cores in Place for South Boston Lab Project
Concrete cores are in place for the lab building coming to 105 West First Street in South Boston. The upcoming 7-story building which has been leased to CRISPR Therapeutics will feature over 250,000 square feet of best in class lab space along with an array of amenities, including a fitness facility and outdoor terraces accessible from two floors. Construction is expected to last through early 2022.
