Costello Construction Announces Pool Time At Elizabeth Square
Costello Construction has posted pictures of the gigantic pool under construction.
As a part of the Senior Wellness Center, a 130,000 SF recreation center, the community will feature three public community pools, a fitness center, meeting and class space, culinary rooms, a primary care facility, and underground parking.
As the second of three planned phases, this 400,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development features 267 affordable senior housing units spread on 16 stories.
The third and final phase, Elizabeth House IV, will be a 19-story apartment community geared for millennials, with public workspace for artists.
All three buildings are anchored by a central plaza that encourages a diverse community and connection with nature.
In total, the project will include around 900 residences.
