Cotton Annex Development Site Acquired for $45M
Carmel Partners has acquired the property at 300 12th Street SW from Douglas Development for $45M. Approved plans for the historic Cotton Annexa building call for the conversion of the office space to 615 units along with 1,300 square feet of retail space. Douglas Development had acquired the site in 2017 for just over $30M.
