Applicant, 1 Nassau Place LLC, is requesting zoning certifications in order to facilitate a Class-A distribution center, at 1 Nassau Place in Staten Island's Richmond Valley neighborhood. Currently, in public review, the proposal is being evaluated by the City Planning Commission (CPC). If approved by the CPC, the project will officially be green-lit, and the general contractor can file for building permits to get the ball rolling.

Developed by , the single-story warehouse would total square feet. It would feature 36-foot interior clearance heights, 60 loading dock doors, 50'x54' column spacing, 11 trailer storage spaces, and  employee parking spots.

At square feet, the project site spans roughly 18 acres. Half of the land is vacant, with the other half currently used as a storage lot for new vehicles. The property's location makes it ideal for shipping and receiving, as it sits within close proximity to Route 440, the NJ Turnpike, and I-287.
