Crane in Place for The Abby in North Quincy
The tower crane is in place and wood framing has kicked off for The Abby next to the North Quincy MBTA Station. The development's parking garage which will include a total of 1314 spaces is also taking shape and will be the first portion of the project complete, expected in Summer 2020. The three residential buildings at The Abby will offer 610 apartments plus an array of amenities including a fitness center, a club lounge, an entertainment kitchen, billiards, a dog spa, a bike fix-it shop, an outdoor pool deck with grills, an outdoor dog run and two landscaped courtyard.
