Crane on Site of Mixed-Use Towers in Tampa Heights
A crane is on the sight as construction moves forward on a new mixed-use project in Tampa Heights that would add 320 apartment units. The slab has been poured and the framing of the bottom of the walls has begun. Located along Florida Avenue, just north of downtown Tampa, the seven-story building would also offer 11,000 square feet of retail space. The apartments would be a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedrooms. A parking garage would include 593 parking spaces and a rooftop pool.
