Crews Making Progress on Affordable Housing Project, Tucker Tower in Miami, Fl
Vertical construction is well underway at the 1.9-acre site at 9940 West Hibiscus Street in Miami, Fl. Crews look to have reached the 8th floor of the 120-unit project. The affordable housing tower broke ground in October 2022 and plans to finish by early 2024. All units will be reserved for those over 62 years old who earn at or below 25, 30, and 60 percent of the area’s median income.
