Crews Prepare For Construction On The 52-Story Legacy Hotel & Residences
Kast Construction is excited to start the construction of The Legacy Hotel & Residences for Royal Palm Companies. This 52-story mixed-use tower - part of the Miami Worldcenter (MWC) development in #DowntownMiami - will top off at 620 feet; adding 210 hotel guestrooms, 310 micro-luxe residences, office space, retail, restaurant space, the world’s first Blue Zones Center for health and wellbeing, and an impressive Skylounge with a cantilevered pool and glass rooftop atrium to enjoy the magnificent views of the city.
