Criterion Acquires Somerville Properties for $10M
Criterion Development Partners has closed on 2 adjacent properties in Somerville, 20 Inner Belt Road & 56 Roland Street. Criterion purchased 20 Inner Belt fro $4.5M from the Somerville City Club while 56 Roland was acquired from Paradigm Properties for $5,766,660. Criterion has received approval for a 205 unit, mixed-use project on the 20 Inner Belt Site. The new building would include a new space for the Somerville City Club along with 427 onsite parking spaces.
