Criterion Secures $56.7M Construction Loan for Inner Belt Road Development
The Residences at Innerbelt, LLP - an affiliate of Criterion Development Partners - secured a construction mortgage for $56,750,000 from Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company.
The Project calls for the demolition of all current buildings on the site and construction of a mixed-use building providing six stories of residential apartments over podium-level parking and tenant space. The development will create 205 units of housing.
