Cronin Development Submits Plans for 235K SF Redevelopment in the Seaport
Cronin Development has submitted an expanded project notification form for 24 Drydock Avenue in the Seaport. Initially proposing a 5-story, 122,562 SF development, plans now call for the demolition of an existing 3-story building and construction of an 8-story, 235,500 SF structure featuring marine industrial, laboratory/research, and office space.
