Crown Heights Mixed-Use Towers in Public Review
A proposed project at 960 Franklin Avenue in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, has now entered public review. Developer, Continuum Company is planning two 39-story residential buildings with a combined 1,578 residential units and 20,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. The proposal has now been reviewed by both the City Planning Commission, and the Borough President. The project is currently waiting on a post-hearing follow-up before a final environmental impact statement is submitted.
