Crown Heights Residential Project Receives $55M Construction Loan
Developer, , has just received $55 million in financing from SCALE Lending for the construction of a 7-story residential building at 959 Sterling Place in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
Currently, in the process of being built, the structure will contain residential units, available in studio, one, and two-bedroom configurations. Approximately of these will be dedicated to affordable housing. Tenant amenities include a fitness center, lounges, and an outdoor garden.
Designed by , 959 Sterling will total square feet. The original design was altered two separate times in order to better reflect the historic character of the neighboring, Hebron Seventh-day Adventist Bilingual School building.
