Cut & Cap Permit Issued to Somerville Warehouse
A gas service cut and cap permit has been issued to 26-28 Chestnut Street in Somerville's Inner Belt neighborhood. The site is comprised of 3 adjacent parcels featuring two industrial buildings totaling around 62,000 square feet of space on 2.11 acres of land. North River purchased the warehouses for $32.50 million as well as neighboring properties at 14-20 Chestnut Street & 86 Joy Street for $12 million last July.
