Cut & Cap Permit Pulled for Revere Development Site
A permit has been pulled to cut and cap the water/sewer in preparation for demo at 180 Shirley Avenue in Revere. A 5-story mixed-use project is currently under site plan review for the site. The new building would include 2 ground floor retail spaces, around 1,600 square feet along with 45 studios on the upper floors. The studios would range in size from around 328 square feet through just under 400 square feet.
