Dantes Partners to Take Over St. E's Parcel 13 Development
After announcing in August they would be shutting down operations, Neighborhood Development Company has reached an agreement with Dantes Partners to develop Parcl 13 within the St. Elizabeths East campus. NDC was selected in 2020 to develop the roughly 3-acre site and had planned a 420+ unit mixed-use project.
