Soleta Starkey Ranch Update 01/15/25

David Weekley Homes Closes on Land Deal in Starkey Ranch

David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, has recently closed on the last developable parcel of land in Starkey Ranch to self-develop the coming soon community of Soleta at Starkey Ranch. The builder is also jointly developing the infrastructure for a luxury 300-unit multi-family project.

Expected to begin development in summer 2025, the builder plans to offer 139 single-family detached homes and three model homes for the 35-, 45- and 55-foot sections. Premium wetland, conservation and pond homesites will be available. The floor plans in the 35-foot section will range from approximately 1,700 to 2,400 square feet, 2,100 to 2,800 square feet in the 45-foot section, and 2,500 to 3,600 in the 55-foot section.

Once open, homeowners in Soleta at Starkey Ranch will have access to two community parks, an amenity center with a pool and cabana, green space, and walking trails connecting to 20 miles of trails within Starkey Ranch and the Jay B. Starkey Wilderness Preserve. Residents will also be within walking distance to the Starkey Ranch K-8 school, Starkey Ranch District Park, and Starkey Ranch Theatre and Cultural Center.
