Davis Companies Files LOI for 471 Unit East Boston Project
The Davis Companies is planning a 4 building, mixed-use project on four parcels of land in East Boston currently owned by the East Boston Neighborhood Health Center. The development would include approximately 471 residential units, 4,400 square feet of retail space, open space, public realm improvements, and parking for 172 cars. Per the filing, the project would 450 rental units plus 20 condos in townhome-style buildings along Bremen Street.
