DECAA Files Appeal of Approved Development on Masonic Temple Lot

The Dupont East Civic Action Association has filed an appeal from the decisions made in November 2020 to approve the subdivision of Square 192, Lot 108 into two separate lots denoted as Lots 110 and 111 in the RA-8 and RA-9 Zones. The approval would allow for a 5-story, roughly 125 unit residential unit project to be built on the lots owned by the Masonic Temple. Per the appeal, the DECAA maintains that the subdivision does not conform to several zoning regulations including min. rear & side yard requirements, and parking requirements.
