Dedham Mall Sold to New York-Based Equity Firm for $133 Million
300 Providence Highway - the location of the Dedham Mall - has been sold to a New York-based equity firm for $133,500,000 in a deal brokered by Newmark Knight Frank.
The mall, located off US Route 1 and Washington Street, features 510,154 SF of Class-A retail space across 7 buildings and is anchored by a Lowe's, DSW, and At Home furnishing store near the Boston line.
