Del Frisco's steakhouse coming to nearly fully leased 888 Boylston in Back Bay
Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group will reportedly open a luxurious new 17,603-square-foot Double Eagle Steak House at the recently completed, nearly fully leased 888 Boylston office and retail development in the Back Bay. The restaurant will open during the second half of 2018 and will join retailers Eataly, Tesla and Under Armour on 888 Boylston’s ground floor. 888 Boylston's 425,000 square feet of ultra-sustainable office and retail space are now 91%-leased per JLL's latest Skyline Review analysis. The building, completed in 2016, is built to LEED Platinum sustainability specifications and is anchored by Natixis Global Asset Management.
