Dellbrook Completes Leland House for 2Life Communities
Dellbrook | JKS has completed work at Leland House, creating 68 affordable & highly adaptable homes for seniors in Waltham. Located next to the city's Senior Center, this new, 3-story Passive House building offers its residents many opportunities for engagement within their neighborhood. Leland House’s ground floor features a Village Center, with functional room for wellness activities, the arts, cultural programs, communal meals, and more.
