400 West Broadway Update 01/17/23

Demo Complete at 400 W. Broadway

Demo is complete and the Synergy Construction team is working through shoring of excavation over at 400 W Broadway in South Boston. The upcoming 5-story building will include 36 residential units along two ground-floor retail spaces. Units will include a mix of studios, one and two bedrooms.
