Demo Complete to Make Way for 370 N. Morgan
Demolition of the former Fox Deluxe Foods building at 370 N. Morgan in Fulton Market is complete, clearing the way for a 32-story tower that will rise 380 feet. The project will include 495 residential units, 10,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, and 190 parking spaces. The estimated cost of the development is $151 million.
