Demo Continues for Upton Place Redevelopment
Donohoe Construction continues demolition at 4000 Wisconsin Ave. NW for the Upton Place redevelopment. The existing concrete structures are being taken apart and the entire building has been stripped out. The former 493,000 square foot office building will be transformed into 689 residential units and 100,000 sq. ft. of retail space.
