Demo Kicks off for Oakville Triangle Mixed-Use Project
With financing secured through PCCP, Stonebridge has started demo to make way for the mixed-use Oakville Triangle project. Plans for the project call for 577 apartments, a 93,000-square-foot Inova HealthPlex, 55,000 square feet of retail, and 84 townhomes. The first stage of the development will include the health center and apartment building which are expected to open in Q4 of 2023.
