Demo Ongoing for Mazza Gallerie Redevelopment
Davis Construction has shared a video of the ongoing demo at the Mazza Gallerie in Friendship heights. Portions of the 1970s-era shopping mall will be demolished to make way for a new 7-story mixed-use building. The new project will include 325 apartments pulse 25,000 sq. ft. of retail along Wisconsin Avenue. The new design will include a striking new facade along Wisconsin Avenue, along with a central atrium for amenity spaces.
