Demo Permit App Filed for 249 Corey Road in Brighton
The Boston Landmarks Commission has received an application to demolish the structure at 249 Corey Road in Brighton. A 35 unit residential project is now under review for the site. Plans call for a 4-story building to also include parking for 34 cars plus a common roof deck for residents.
