A demo permit application has been submitted to raze the commercial buildings at 1121 Dorchester Ave in Dorchester. Approved plans for the combined lots at 1121 Dorchester Ave and 31 Savin Hill Ave call for two new buildings. A larger building fronting Dorchester Ave containing 21 residential units and a separate 3-story building fronting Savin Hill Ave containing 3 additional units.
